Complaints

Complaints about the defect of the purchased product can be submitted:

2. directly at the store (address as above).

The advertised product must be accompanied by a document confirming the purchase, i.e. a receipt (original) or a VAT invoice (copy).

For ease of reference, there is an example complaint form below. We ask for its legible filling.

Please remember that we do not accept parcels on delivery.

We kindly ask you that the advertised product also meet hygienic conditions. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse to consider the complaint.

Complaints are processed promptly, no later than within 14 days of receipt. We will inform you by e-mail or by phone.
